摘  要:基于社会交换和社会认同的视角,深入探索了德行领导与员工创造力之间的关系,以及领导—成员交换关系和团队认同在上述关系的中介作用。采用问卷调查法,以中部地区企事业单位325名员工为对象研究分析了中国情境下德行领导与员工创造力之间的关系,结果表明:德行领导对领导成员交换和团队认同均有正向的影响。同时,领导—成员交换关系在德行领导与团队认同之间起到部分中介作用,并且能通过增强团队认同进而导致更高的员工创造力。Based on social exchange theory and social identity theory, this paper explores the relationship between moral leadership and employee creativity, and the mediating effects of leader-member exchange (LMX) and team identification. It surveyes 325 employees in Central China. The data analysis demonstrates that moral leadership is positively related to both LMX and team identification. Further, LMX partially mediates the relationship between moral leadership and team identifi- cation. In particular, LMX greatly enhances team identification, which leads to high creativity. Overall, the relationship between moral leadership and employee creativity is mediated by LMX and team identification.
