摘　　要：通过疾病预防控制中心理化检验实验室的实践,探析中国计量认证(CMA)化学实验室管理实践细节,针对程序文件(包括具体的作业指导书)编制过程中,以及基层检验人员、实验室管理者工作细节中可能存在的导致数据失效的漏洞,从管理学角度提出各项细致的措施,从而保证数据的准确。Through the practice of the physical and chemical test laboratory at the disease control and prevention center,the details of the management practice on the chemical laboratory of China metrology accreditation are explored.In the course of the preparation of program documents（including specific instructions）,and in the basic inspection personnel＇s and laboratory managers＇ work,there may exist the loopholes which can lead to the data failure,the detailed measures are put forward from the perspective of management science so as to ensure the data accuracy.
