摘　　要：文章论述了构建医学院校生物技术专业人才培养模式的思路,提出新形势下生物技术人才的培养必须顺应社会需求,合理定位,体现特色,强化实践。在教学实践中确立了"点、线、面至立体"的递进式实践教学新体系,并对该教学体系下的人才培养模式进行了深入探讨。In this paper, a novel model of talents cultivation in biotechnology in medical colleges was conceived and discussed. It points out that the talents cultivation should meet the requirements of the society, embody the characteristics, and put emphasis on practicality. In teaching practice, a novel step-by-step mode of experimental teaching was constructed, and the model of talents cultiva- tion in biotechnology was further discussed.
