摘　　要：我们国家的研究生培养规模虽然比较庞大了,但研究生质量与世界一流还存在较为明显的差距,其中研究生创新能力不强是一个主要方面,如何提高研究生的创新能力进而提高人才培养质量已成为我国高等教育热点课题之一。本文从完善课程体系、增强创新型指导教师群体建设、多方搭建学术交流平台、和构建形式多样的服务保障体系等方面对提高学术学位研究生创新能力进行探索和实践。Although Chinese graduate education scale is very large in the world, but there is still a significant gap ofthe quality of graduate students between China and the international first-class level. Weak innovation ability of graduatestudents is one of the main aspects. How to improve the innovation ability of graduate students and improve the quality ofpersonnel training has become one of the hot topics in higher education in china. From the adjustment of the course,strengthening the construction of innovative tutor team, construction of academic exchange platform in various forms, andimprovement of the service system, exploration and practice were done to improve the innovation ability of academic degreegraduates.
