摘　　要：《塑料成型机械》课程作为一门必须的材料科学与工程专业高分子材料与模具方向的专业课程而开设。通过本课程的学习,着重培养学生理解塑料成型机械的基本概念,懂得它们的技术原理和设计要点,熟悉它们的动力结构和控制系统[1]。具体地,使学生能掌握液压传动的基础知识,掌握常用塑料混炼设备、成型机械如注塑机、挤出机等的基本结构和工作原理,使材料科学与工程专业高分子材料与模具方向的学生能够为将来设计、选择、维护或使用操作各种塑料成型机械建立理论基础。Plastic Forming Machinery is a highly practical course, involving the formation and processing of artificialleather （PU） material. The Objective of materials science and engineering professional certification is to study throughprofessional courses, training students to have a solid material, professional foundation, good innovation quality and strongengineering design ability. The teaching of Plastic Forming Machinery course should enable students to master the basicknowledge of hydraulic transmission, master the basic structure and working principle of common plastics mixingequipment, forming machinery, such as injection molding machine, extruder, etc, so that students in the field of PolymerMaterials and Molds majored in Materials Science and Engineering can establish a theoretical basis for the design,selection, maintenance and use of various plastic forming machines in the future.
