摘　　要：随着时代的变迁,高校青年教师在培训需求方面发生了一些新的变化。高度重视科技创新,提升高校青年教师的培训质量,这是新时代高校所面临的课题之一。本文通过对近20年我国高校青年教师培训相关文献的回顾与梳理,在总结前人经验的基础上,对现有文献进行了深入分析,为后续的研究工作奠定了一定的基础。With the changes of the times, there are some new changes in the aspect of university training on young teachers. We should pay more attention to the scientific and technological innovation, and improve the quality of training on young teachers. This is one of the topics which we must confront in the new times. Through reviewing and carding the relevant literatures in last 20 years on the university training on young teachers, and on the basis of summarizing previous experience, this paper makes a deep analysis on existing training literatures, and lays a foundation for the future research work.
