基于区域经济发展的行业高职院校办学定位再思考——以石家庄铁路职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：办学定位体现了学校的办学指导思想、治校理念和策略,对学校的办学行为、学校未来发展具有引领作用。具有鲜明行业特征的高职院校在新形势下,如何做到既传承历史、突出优势、对接行业,又与时俱进、彰显特色、服务区域,是亟待解决的问题。通过系统分析内外部发展环境,对行业高职院校的办学定位进行科学、缜密地再思考,制定长远科学发展战略,是建设适应区域经济社会发展要求、具有鲜明办学特色的地方高职院校的必由之路。The orientation of school running embodies the guiding ideology, the idea and strategy of running a school, and it has a leading role in the running and future development of a school. Under the new situation, it is urgent for the vocational colleges to solve the problems of how to preserve their heritage and take their advantages to meet the needs of the industries and meanwhile advance with the times and display their feature to serve the reginal areas. This paper analyzes the development environment of the vocational colleges in China and abroad and proposes that scientific and strategic thinking about the orientation of vocational colleges is the only way to run a local vocational college with distinctive features and to meet the demands of regional economic and social development.
