医院自动清洗消毒机和压力蒸汽灭菌器物理检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨目前医院自动清洗设备及压力蒸汽灭菌设备的消毒及灭菌物理指标参数是否能够达到标准,为实际监测的必要性提供依据。方法采用无线电子数据检测仪,选择4家二级以上综合医院,开展对7台自动清洗消毒机湿热消毒温度与时间参数的监测,以及22台压力蒸汽灭菌器(主要包括13台大型压力蒸汽灭菌器,9台小型压力蒸汽灭菌器)的灭菌温度、时间和压力参数的监测。结果 7台自动清洗消毒机中,消毒后直接使用程序能同时达到设置的温度和时间标准要求的合格率不高,其中探头位置在温度传感器旁的合格率为71.42%、在清洗架顶层中间位置的合格率为42.86%、在清洗架底层中间位置合格率为42.86%;消毒后继续灭菌程序能达到设置的温度和时间标准要求,合格率为100.00%;9台小型压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌温度、时间和压力三项参数同时达标合格率不高,其中9台灭菌时间参数都达到预设灭菌时间,而温度和压力合格率只有66.67%;13台大型压力蒸汽灭菌器中13台灭菌时间参数都达到预设灭菌时间,而温度和压力合格率只有84.62%。结论使用无线电子数据检测仪能够发现使用中的自动清洗机与压力蒸汽灭菌器物理参数的不达标问题,灭菌质量存在安全隐患,需加强规范管理与监督监测。OBJECTIVE To determine whether the physical indicators indexes of disinfection and sterilization of automatic cleaning and disinfection machines and pressure steam sterilizers can achieve the standards so as to provide guidance for necessity of practical monitoring.METHODS By means of wireless electronic data detector,the monitoring of damp heat disinfection temperature and time indexes was carried out for 7 sets of automatic cleaning and disinfection machines from 4 secondary general hospitals;the sterilization temperature,time and pressure parameters were monitored for 22 sets of pressure steam sterilizers,including 13 sets of large pressure steam sterilizers and 9 small pressure steam sterilizers.RESULTS Among the 7 automatic cleaning and disinfection machines,the qualified rate of meeting the designated temperature and time standards by directly using the procedure after the disinfection was low,the qualified rate of the probe′s locating by the side of temperature sensor was 71.42% ,the qualified rate of the probe′s locating in the middle of top of cleaning frame was 42.86% ,the qualified rate of the probe′s locating in the middle of bottom of cleaning frame was 42.86% .The automatic cleaning and disinfection machines could meet the standards of designated temperature and time through continuous sterilization after the disinfection,with the qualified rate 100.00% The qualified rates of three parameters sterilization temperature,time and pressure of the 9 small pressure steam sterilizers were low,the time parameters of the 9sterilizers met the preset sterilization time,however,the qualified rates of temperature and pressure were only 66.67% .Of the 13 large pressure steam sterilizers,11 met the preset sterilization time,however,the qualified rates of temperature and pressure were only 84.62% .CONCLUSIONThe wireless electronic data detector may find out the problems that the physical parameters of the cleaning and disinfection machines and pressure steam sterilizers do not meet the standards,there is pote
