广东省高校田径运动竞技现状分析及对策

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法等方法,对第8、9届广东省大学生运动会田径运动项目设置、赛事规模、竞技水平、影响因素等方面进行研究,分析省高校田径运动竞技发展现状,并试图找出影响其健康发展的因素.结果表明:广东省大学生运动会田径比赛存在项目设置、组别设置和报名要求有不合理的地方、奖牌被个别学校和地区垄断、大学生运动员竞技水平不高等问题.提出优化管理、改革竞赛办法、提高高校训练保障水平和非珠三角高校参与积极性等对策,以促进高校田径后备人才可持续发展.The Project setting, event scale, competitive level and influencing factors in the 8th and 9th Games of Guangdong University Students were studied by the methods of literature review and statistics in order to evaluate the present competitive situation of track and field sports in Guangdong Universities. The results show that some problems exist in project settings, group settings and registration requirements, medals are mo- nopolized by some universities and the present competitive level of Guangdong Universities is not high. Some countermeasures are put forward to optimize the sports managements, reform the competition rules, improve sports education in universities and encourage the universities in non-Pearl River Delta to participate in the Games so that the universities in Guangdong can achieve the sustainable development in sports talents.
