基于创新基地的能源动力类专业研究生培养模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：针对目前长沙理工大学能源动力类硕士研究生实践和创新能力培养中存在的问题,在借鉴国内外硕士研究生培养经验的基础上,以研究生创新基地为依托,从研究生创新基地的建立、基地导师队伍的建设、"多赢模式"常效化研究生培养模式和机制的构建、研究生学校以及创新基地联合培养的"试点"实践等方面对能源动力类专业硕士研究生培养模式进行改革和完善,取得了阶段性结果。实践表明,该改革有利于硕士研究生创新和实践能力的培养。In accordance with problems of innovation spirit and practice ability training process for Changsha University of science and technology energy power postgraduate in present, and based on reference experience of postgraduate training at home and abroad, the training mode for energy power postgraduate has been carried out reform and improvement relying on innovation base. The reform content include that the establishment of postgraduate innovation base, the construction of tutor team, the construction of constant mechanism and training mode of postgraduate based on multi-win cooperation, the insitu practice of the co-culture postgraduate of university and innovation base and so on. The results show that the reform is conducive to the cultivation of postgraduate innovation spirit and practice ability.
