摘　　要：日本马克思主义研究是国外马克思主义研究的重要组成部分。在中华日本哲学会、中国人民大学哲学院和《日本学刊》编辑部联合举办的"日本马克思主义研究学术研讨会"上,与会学者围绕"日本的马克思哲学研究"、"中国的日本马克思哲学研究"以及"日本的马克思主义与社会运动"等议题各抒己见,并达成了一些共识:日本的马克思主义研究具有重要的历史地位,在学术研究和社会发展领域都是如此;日本的马克思哲学研究发生了转向,更加重视文本研究;日本的马克思主义研究对中国具有特殊意义,诸多议题值得关注。Japanese research of Marxism is an integral part of research of Marxism overseas. In ＂The Academic Symposium of Japanese Research of Marxism＂ jointly held by Chinese Association of Japanese Philosophy, Department of Philosophy Renmin University and the editorial office of Japanese Studies, scholars discuss over issues such as Japanese studies of Marxist philosophy, Chinese studies of Japanese Marxist philosophy and Japanese Marxism and social movement, agreeing that Japanese studies of Marxism have important historical role both in the academic and social fields, and it is now under the transition stressing on textual research. Japanese studies of Marxism have special impact on China and many related issues are worth focusing.
