摘　　要：针对土豆、胡萝卜等根茎类蔬菜切片、切丝而提出的一种自动切菜机,首先介绍了自动切菜机的总体结构与工作原理,然后对切片/切丝系统、输送机构、压紧机构主要零部件进行选择与设计,不仅解放双手,而且操作简单,省时省力,为自动切菜机的设计提供了一种新思路。In this paper a kind of automatic machine was put forward for slicing and shredding root vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and so on. Firstly it introduced the overall structure and working principle of automatic cutting machine, then the main parts of the slicing and shredding system, conveying mechanism and compaction mechanism were selected and designed, which can free hands , make operation simple and save time. It provided a new idea for the design of automatic cutting machine.
