摘 要:通过对大学生体质健康下降的思考,探讨了体育教学中认知和动机与行为的关系,以期为体育教学相关研究提供参考。文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,通过对目前经典的有关体育锻炼认知、动机与行为的理论研究进行分析,发现因其研究在思路和数学模型上存在差异,直接用于体育教学研究并不能很好地指导体育教学实践活动,进而从现象学出发,重新梳理体育教学过程中认知、动机与行为的关系,找出了单节体育教学活动中学生从认知经过内外部动机产生体育锻炼行为的过程,方能更清晰地把握三者在体育教学中的关系。This paper discusses the relationship among cognition,motivation and behavior in PE teaching by thinking about the decline of college students' physical health,so as to provide a reference for the research of PE teaching. This paper analyzes the theoretical research on cognition,motivation and behavior of physical exercise by using the method of literature and logic analysis. It is found that because of its differences in thinking and mathematical models,it is directly used in physical education teaching research and can not be a good guide for physical education teaching practice,and then on the basis of the phenomenology,we can re-combin the relationship among cognition,motivation and behavior in the process of physical education teaching,find out the process of students' physical behavior from the cognitive and internal motive in single-stage physical education teaching activities,and have a clear viewpoint on the relationship among those three factors in physical education.
