摘　　要：缓慢消化淀粉(slowly digestible starch,SDS)是指能在小肠中被完全消化吸收,但速度较慢的淀粉,主要指一些未糊化的淀粉。SDS可预防及治疗一些与饮食、代谢相关的慢性疾病,维持饱腹感和餐后血糖稳态,持续释放能量,提高机体对胰岛素的敏感性。Slowly digestible starch（ SDS） refers to the digestion and absorption in the small intestine,but the slower starch mainly refers to some ungelled starch. SDS can prevent and treat some chronic diseases associated with diet,metabolism,maintain satiety and postprandial blood glucose steady state to sustain the satiety with the release of energy and improve body＇s sensitivity to insulin.
