摘　　要：英语实践能力作为必备能力,对于高技能人才走向社会具有较大的就业优势。但传统教学一言堂、教学方式单一等问题突出,在一定程度上阻碍了学生的发展。大学英语课程改革,要遵循以就业为导向的特点,结合专业课程,使学生具备较强的实践能力,为学生的职业发展提供服务。As a necessary ability, English practical ability has a greater employment advantage for high-skilled personnel. The single teaching mode has hindered the development of students to a certain extent. College English curriculum reform should follow the employment-oriented features,combined with professional courses to make students have a strong practical ability and provide services for the professional development of students.
