摘 要:目的将微信作为辅助教学方法应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训中,探讨其可行性及效果。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月在神经内科轮转的住院医师22名,在传统教学方法基础上,实施基于微信平台的移动学习,轮转结束后进行理论知识、实践考核以及问卷调查,将其成绩与2014年8月—2015年8月在我科轮转的19名住院医师(仅接受传统教学方法)进行对比。结果 2组的理论成绩无明显差异,实验组的病例分析和神经系统体格检查成绩优于对照组;实验组在主观评价教学法是否增加学习兴趣、提高自学能力、文献查阅能力、综合分析问题的能力以及扩大知识面、团队合作、教学满意度、锻炼临床思维、提高临床操作能力等方面优于对照组。结论在神经内科住院医师规范化培训中,基于微信平台的移动学习是一种有效的辅助教学方法,可以有效提升教学效果,值得在临床教学中推广运用。Objective T o ex p lo re th e fe a s ib il i ty and ef fe ctiv en ess of WeC ha t as an a s s is ta n t teaching method applied to standardized resident training in neurology. Methods We selected 22 residents receiving standardized training in Neurology Department from August 2015 to August 2016 for the study. They were trained with WeChat-based mobile learning besides the traditional training. Assessments including theoretical knowledge and practical abilities and a questionnaire were carried out after the training. The scores were compared with those of the residents trained in neurology (the traditional training only) from August 2014 to August 2015. Results T h e two groups showed no obvious difference in theory test scores. Case analysis and neurological examin-ation results of experimental group were superior to those of control group. The questionnaire results showed that mobile learning plus the traditional training method was better than the trad-itional method in increasing students' interest in learning; enhancing their abilities of selfstudy, finding information and comprehensive problem analysis; expanding their scope of knowledge; training team work; improving their satisfaction of clinical teaching; training clinical thinking and improving clinical operational skills. Conclusion Mobile learn in g b ased on WeC ha t p la tfo rm is an effective assistant teaching method in standardized resident training in neurology. It can improve teaching effectiveness and thus deserves popularization in clinical teaching.
