摘  要:目的探讨三维重建技术在肝胆外科规范化培训教学中的作用及效果。方法选取于第三军医大学第二附属医院肝胆外科进行住院医师规范化培训的40名住培学员,随机分为对照组和试验组各20人,对照组采用传统肝胆外科临床教学方案,不进行三维重建技术的培训;试验组采用传统方案+Myrian XP-Liver软件进行临床教学,然后对2组学生进行出科考试测验和问卷调查。结果试验组和对照组学生出科考试平均成绩分别为(88.4±9.2)和(72.3±8.3)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义。出科成绩大于80分的学生,试验组为15人,对照组为8人;试验组学员对培训的兴趣、知识的掌握以及解剖认知均优于对照组。结论与传统教学方法比较,三维重建系统在肝胆外科医师临床规范化培训教学中具有明显优势,值得在临床教学中推广。Objective T o ex p lo re th e ro le and effect of 3D re c o n s t ru c t io n te ch n o lo g y in re s i-dent standardized training of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods We selected 40 s tu d e n ts u n d e r re s i-dent standardized training in our department and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group, with 20 in each. The control group received the traditional hepatobiliary sur-gery clinical teaching plan, but without 3D reconstruction technology training. The experimental group used the traditional plan + Myrian XP-Liver clinical teaching software. The two groups of students were given a test and questionnaires. Results T h e av erag e te s t score was ( 8 8 .4 + 9 .2 ) for experimental group and (72.3 + 8.3) for control group, respectively, with significant difference bet- ween the two groups. There were 15 students in experimental group and 8 students in control group who scored over 80 points. Students' interest in training, knowledge grasp and anatomical cognition were superior in experimental group to control one. Conclusion C om p ared w i th th e t r a -ditional teaching method, 3D reconstruction system has obvious advantages in clinical standard-ized training of hepatobiliary surgery and thus deserves popularization in clinical teaching.
