摘　　要：嘉宝果的种质资源丰富,果实富含的花青素和酚类具有较强的抗氧化、预防糖尿病和肥胖等慢性疾病等功能,其深加工产品多样化。综述了嘉宝果种质资源、生物活性物质及贮藏加工的研究进展,对今后嘉宝果的生产和科研发展提出建议。The germplasm of jaboticaba are rich.Its fruits contain rich amount of anthocyanin and phenolic compound which have some functions,including high anti-oxidation,and prevention of chronic diseases,such as,diabetes and hyperlipidemia.There are diversified products after deep-processing.This paper reviewed research progress in,bioactive substance and its storage and processing of Jaboticaba,some suggestions were also proposed for further production and science research development of jaboticaba.
