基层治理创新环境下社区教育发展对策研究——以广东省某地级市为例

摘　　要：基层社会治理创新在当前我国经济社会发展过程中凸显出来的作用越来越大,终身教育、社区教育可以在一定的程度上甚至从源头上缓解基层社会出现的矛盾。从广东省某地级市来看,目前,我国存在着社区教育起步晚、整体水平较低,人们对社区教育的重要性认识不到位,社区教育难以落到基层等不足。对此,需要采取树立"大教育观"、推动有关政府部门通过社区教育更多地参与基层社会治理和赋予社区大学体系一定的行政职能等举措来发展社区教育,从而推动社会治理创新。The innovation of grassroots social governance emerged in China＇s economic and social development. The new higher lifelong education and community education to a certain extent relieve the contradiction between the grass-roots society and even from the source. Taking Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province as an example, through the analysis of the problems of the current community education, such as lower quality, less importance etc, the thesis suggests that some administrations should infiltrate into grass-roots social governance and community college by community education. So that we should utilize the ＂education＂ concept to promote social governance innovation.
