摘 要:随着我国饭店业的发展,饭店之间的竞争已从产品、服务的竞争深化到文化的竞争。建设饭店文化具有适应市场竞争、创造饭店特色、打造饭店形象以及实现"以人为本"经营理念等重要意义。江汉饭店通过树立以"人本主义"思想为导向的价值观,营造良好的饭店环境,培育一支有文化意识的员工队伍以及不断创新特色产品、服务方式、宣传方式、营销模式等方式来提升饭店核心竞争力,取得了一定成效。With the development of hotel industry in China, the competition among hotel turns to cultural competition from products and service competition. Development of hotel culture is of significance for adapting to market competition, creating hotel feature, forging hotel image and realizing management idea of putting the people first. Jianghan Hotel takes measures such as establishing human--oriented value, building nice hotel environment, fostering a staff team who have cultural awareness and constantly improving featured products, service mode, propaganda way and marketing pattern to enhance its core competence. Some progress has been made.
