摘  要:为加快建设社会主义法治国家,法律通识教育愈益受到重视。在《中国法律思想史》实际教学中,教师要明确课程定位,更新教学手段和方法,加强实践教学,深入改革考核方式,在引导学生掌握我国传统法律思想文化的基础上,适应当前形势的发展,满足时代对于高职法律人才的需求。In order to speed up the construction of socialist country under the rule of law, legal education has become more and more important. In the actual teaching of the history of Chinese legal thought, teachers should accurately locate the curriculum, update the teaching methods, strengthen the practice of teaching and reform the assessment methods in - depth. On the basis of guiding students to master the traditional legal and ideological culture, we should adapt to the current situation and meet the needs of the times for the legal profession of higher vocational education.
