摘  要:目的对一起韦太夫雷登沙门菌食物中毒进行分子病原学分析。方法对分离株采用肉汤稀释法进行药敏试验测定;采用PCR技术检测毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K、ssaR和spv B的携带情况;采用ERIC-PCR技术进行基因分型检测。结果 18株韦太夫雷登沙门菌对氨苄西林、三代头孢菌素、喹诺酮类、磺胺类等抗生素均表现出敏感,临床抗生素治疗效果好;均携带染色体毒力基因inv A、sop B、flg K和ssaR,不携带质粒毒力基因spv B;ERCI-PCR显示DNA指纹图谱的相似度大于91%,可划分为1个基因型。结论该起食物中毒由同一基因型的韦太夫雷登沙门菌菌株所致,携带有多种染色体毒力基因,致病性较强,应受到高度重视。Objective To carry out a molecular pathogen analysis of a food poisoning caused by Salmonella Wehevreden. Methods The antimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out by using micro -broth dilution method according to the largest CLSI manuals. Virulence genes including invA, sopB,flgK, ssaR and spvB were detected by PCR. Genetyping was carried out by ERIC- PCR technology. Results A total of 18 strains of Salmonella Weltevreden were all sensitive to ampicillin, three generation cephalosporins, quinolones, sulfonamides and so on. Antibiotic treatments achieved good resuhs. All isolates carried the chromosome virulence genes invA, sopB ,flgK and ssaR, but not the plasmid virulence gene spvB ,which was consistent with the patient's clinical symptoms. ERIC -PCR results showed that the similarity of DNA fingerprint was more than 91%, which could be divided into one genotype. Conclusion This food poisoning was caused by Salmonella Weltevreden strains with the same genotype. All strains carded a variety of chromosomal virulence genes, and their pathogenicity was stronger. This serotype of Salmonella should be highly concerned.
