摘　　要：肠道微生物在人体健康方面起着重要的作用,良好的肠道微生态环境是维持人体健康的重要因素,随着对肠道微生物越来越多的关注和研究,人们发现益生菌在肠道菌群和宿主健康之间有着复杂的关系。大量的研究发现,乳酸菌作为益生菌在人体肠道微生态平衡、疾病防治和保健中起着至关重要的作用。综述了乳酸菌对人体微生态环境的益生功能,并对乳酸菌和人体微生态环境之间的相互影响和关系,以及乳酸菌对一些常见人体疾病的预防和治疗作用的研究进展。Gut microbian plays an important role in human health, a fine intestine microeco-environment is a key fac- tor in maintaining human health. With more and more attention has been paid to the intestinal microflora while in- creasing researches have been done in this field, it has found that there is a complex relationship between the benefi- cial microbial group in gut microbes in human body and host health. A large number of studies have found that as a kind of probiotics, lacto-bacteria plays an imperative role in the intestinal microecologica] balance in human body, disease control, and health care. The probiotic function of lacto-baeteria to microecologieal environment in human body, and mutual effects and relation of lacto-bacteria and microecological environment in human body, as well as ad- vances in the role of lacto-bacteria in the prevention and treatment effect of common diseases in human body were in- troduced in this paper in detailed.
