摘　　要：在简述相关文献研究的基础上,讨论现代学徒制学徒权益保障机制导入SA 8000标准的可行性,并基于SA 8000标准阐述现代学徒制学徒权益保障机制的基本内容,提出改进现代学徒制学徒权益保障机制的建议。On the basis of a literature review of modern apprentice system safeguard mechanism, the paper tries to define the modern apprenticeship ＂guided learning relationship＂ guarantee mechanism, and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the introduction of SA8000 standard. At the same time, based on the basic content of the modern apprenticeship ＂guided learning relationship＂ safeguard mechanism under SA8000 standard, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the continuous improvement of modern apprenticeship ＂guided learning relationship＂ safeguard mechanism.
