云估价在现代学徒制人才培养模式中的应用研究——以房地产经营与估价专业为例

摘　　要：分析目前现代学徒制人才培养模式实施过程中存在的四大问题,以房地产经营与估价专业的就业方向——估价行业所面临的机遇与挑战作为切入口,探讨如何将新兴的互联网技术——"云估价"贯穿到学徒制人才培养模式改革中,提出与中国估价行业联盟,以互联网云估价平台作为联结,进行学校——平台——企业的深度对接,并尝试提供人才培养模式的新思路。This paper firstly analyzes the four big problems in modem apprenticeship training mode to implement. Then it explores the way how to use the new Intemet technology - ＂cloud valuation＂ through apprenticeship training mode reform and try to provide solutions under the entry point of opportunities and challenges of the valuation industry, as one of employment direction of real estate management and valuation. Last, it puts forward the Interact cloud valuation platform as a link to the alliance of Chinese valuation industry to carry out the school - platform - enterprise docking, and try to provide a new way of personnel training.
