摘　　要：充分利用开放大学组织系统网络,现代信息技术手段和丰富教育资源优势,有利于搭建全民终身学习平台,是社区教育的理想抓手,从而推动社区教育发展,推动学习型社会形成。分析依托海南广播电视大学开展社区教育优势并提出依托海南广播电视大学开展海南社区教育的建议。Making full use of the Open University organization system network, the advantage of modern information technology and abundant education resources, to build a lifelong learning platform, is the ideal of community education, so as to promote the development of community education, promote the formation of a learning society. This paper analyzes the advantages of education in the community of Hainan radio and TV university and puts forward the recommendation of education in Hainan province based on Hainan radio and TV university.
