摘　　要：结合自身在实验室开放管理中的实践,对新形势下军校实验室的开放模式和管理方法做了初步的探索和研究,讨论了军校实验室开放的意义,分析了实验室开放对学员各方面能力的提高,以及对教员和实验室资源利用的好处;论述了开放实验室的管理方法,分析了军校实验室开放过程中可能存在的问题;最后结合自身经验,初步探索了解决办法和对策,并取得了一些成效。Experimental teaching plays a very important role in training the talents in colleges. Training the new generation of ＂Four Haves＂ soldiers is the first task of military academy based on the instruction of ＂building a strong army＂. But obviously, the old laboratory operation and management model have been unable to meet the needs of talent training in the new situation. Military academy laboratory opening contributes to cultivate students＇ practical and innovation capability. In this paper, based on authors＇ practice, the meaning of military academy laboratory opening is discussed, the management modes of the opening laboratory are introduced, the possible problems during opening the laboratories are analyzed, and the solutions are explored. Some useful experience and effectiveness have been gained.
