摘 要:在"机器换人"、"两化融合"背景下,制造业转型升级加速,中小微企业需要大批综合能力强的"多面手"。而目前职业院校在人才培养过程中存在工程综合训练教学环节系统性不强、工程实践与创新训练教学载体和形式单一、工职程创新能力评价体系不完善等教学问题,不能满足企业对综合性、创新性人才的需求。本文根据高职学生学情特点和高职院校办学特点,从工程应用能力和创新能力"双能并重"的角度,探索以"工程创新班"为载体的分层培养模式,提出了职业院校"分层培养、双能并重、学研互动、多重循环"的工程创新人才培养策略。The transformation and upgrade of Chinese manufacturing industry is accelerated in an era of machine substitutions and integration of information and industrialization.As a result,comprehensive talents are greatly needed in small and medium-sized enterprises.There are some problems in talent training in higher vocational education,such as unsystematic engineering comprehensive training,underdeveloped platform and model of engineering practice and innovation training system,and?imperfect evaluation system of engineering and innovation ability.Therefore,the graduates of vocational colleges are not able to meet the needs of enterprises.Taking the student features and the characteristics of vocational colleges into account,the paper states that the importance of engineering and innovation ability and explores a layered training mode presented by"Engineering Innovation Pilot Class".The paper finally puts forward the strategies for the cultivation of engineering innovative talents in vocational colleges.
