摘　　要：高校动物学实验课程是动物学教学的重要组成部分,随着教育理念和人才培养模式的转变,高校动物学实验教学改革也在不断发展深入。2015—2016年,在全国部分大专院校开展了高校动物学实验课程教学改革问卷调查。调查结果显示,传统动物学实验的教学模式无法满足当下高校教学、科研的需要,也不适应目前生物学科的发展和人才培养与社会需求的变化。依据多年的动物学实验课程教学改革探索,本文从教学内容、方法、手段及评价等方面,对高校动物学实验课程的教改方案予以完善并进行实践修正。Zoology experiment is an important part of zoology course for students majored in biology. With transformation of education ideas and talents cultivation models,there are needs on the reform of zoology experiment teaching. Questionnaire about zoology experiment teaching was performed in some colleges or universities in China from July 2015 to March2016. The results indicated that traditional zoology experiment teaching models cannot meet the requirement of zoology development,and not suitable for the change of talent training and social needs on the biological students in China. Based on the long time experiences of our team on the teaching practice and reform exploration on zoology experiment,we deemed that reform on the teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation optimization should be carried out unceasingly on the zoology experiment course in colleges and universities.
