摘　　要：王承绪先生培养功底扎实的专业人才、视野开阔的国际人才、学以致用的经世之才、勇于超越的创新人才的研究生理念来源于自身研究生求学经历、现代研究生教育思想及中国研究生教育实践。在浙江大学担任研究生导师期间,他将上述培养理念付诸实践,成为优秀研究生导师的模范。他的研究生人才培养理念及实践对当今研究生培养模式改革、研究生培养质量提升具有重要参考意义。Wang Chengxu＇s ideas about the graduates education for the professional talents with academic basis,international talents with horizon expanding,excellent talents with humanistic pragmatism and innovative talents braving in breakthrough derived from his own graduate learning experience,modern graduates＇ education thought,and the graduates＇ education practice in China. As a graduate tutor in Zhejiang University,he puts the above ideas of education into practice,so as to become the model of outstanding graduate student tutors. His idea and practice about graduates education has the important significance to reform the mode and promote the quality thereof.
