摘　　要：马铃薯淀粉深加工是马铃薯产业化进程中的重要环节,马铃薯淀粉深加工的发展程度将直接影响着我国马铃薯产业化的程度。因此,分析马铃薯淀粉深加工的现状及趋势,对于推进马铃薯产业开发具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。对世界各国在马铃薯淀粉深加工方面的专利进行研究分析发现,中国马铃薯淀粉加工专利数量位居第1位,但专利被引频次相对较低,距离发达国家还有较大差距。Potato starch deep processing is an important part of the potato industrialization process. The development of potato starch deep processing will directly affect the degree of potato industrialization in our country. Therefore,the present situation and trend of potato starch are analyzed,and it is important to promote the development of potato industry. This paper studies the patent on the deep processing of potato starch in the world. The number of Chinese potato starch is found in the first place,but the patent is relatively low,and there is still a gap in the developed world.
