基于均数对应分析的临床科室医疗质量综合评价分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对某医院2015年度各临床科室工作报表中主要6项指标的科学合理分析,为医院管理者制定医院质量管理指标及各项工作发展规划提供可靠依据。方法:均数对应分析综合评价6项指标之间的相关性及各临床科室的医疗质量。结果:入院人数、病床周转次数二者关系密切,病床周转次数是影响住院人数的首要因素,这与多元逐步回归分析结果一致(入院人数≈37.151×病床周转次数-244.511);儿科治愈人数最多且平均住院日远远低于全院平均水平,医疗质量最好;肿瘤内科死亡人数最多,其他指标均低于平均水平,医疗质量最差。结论:均数对应分析不仅简单直观的揭示了指标与科室之间的联系,比较了各科室在指标之间的差异,更有助于各临床科室良性竞争,提升工作水平,达到医疗服务最高效率及最高效益,在医院综合评价中具有实用性和适用性。Objective：To provide a reliable basis for drawing up hospital quality management indicators and the work development plan by scientific and rational analysis of the six major indexes in clinical departments work reports.Methods：Correspondence analysis method based on mean to comprehensively was used to evaluate the correlation among the six indexes and medical quality of clinical departments.Results：The number of hospitalizations and the number of hospital turnover are closely related.The number of hospital turnover is the primary factor affecting the number of hospitalization,which is consistent with the results of multiple stepwise regression analysis（hospitalizations is equal to 37.51 multiply the number of hospital turnover minus 244.51.The maximum number of pediatric patients and the average length of hospital stay is far lower than the average,The best medical quality;tumor medical deaths the most,other indicators were lower than the average level,the worst quality of medical care.Conclusion：Correspondence analysis method based on mean intuitively reveals the difference among clinical departments in the indexes.It contributes to the healthy competition of clinical departments,improves the level of medical services and achieves the highest efficiency and maximum benefit.Correspondence analysis method based on mean is practical and applicable in comprehensive evaluation of hospital.
