农林高校物理专业教学力量的调查与思考

摘　　要：针对从事物理教学的师资力量情况、开设本科专业情况、教材编写、教学改革获奖和硕士博士点布局情况,以及博士研究生导师情况等,在全国有代表性的23所农业类、5所林业类、3所农林科技类以及5所海洋类高等学校开展了调研,分析了农林高校物理专业的师资和教学现状。调研结果表明:在不同的农林高校之间,由于办学定位、指导思想和地域等原因,师资力量和专业布局等方面差距较大,相关教师的科研发展缺少支撑平台,但从事物理教学的教师参与教材编写和教学改革的热情都很高,并且做出了很好的成绩。This article analyzed the teaching and teachers' resource conditions in agriculture,forestry and ocean universities based on our surveys on teachers' resource,undergraduate majors,course book compiling,teaching reform,teaching award winning,MS and Ph D center distribution and MS and Ph D tutors in 23 agriculture,5 forestry,3 agriculture and forestry and 5 ocean universities. The results showed that different universities had huge gaps in teachers' resources and major settings due to various educational positioning,guidelines and geological positions of universities,making teachers commonly lack a supporting panel in scientific research fields. But the teachers work hard in the course book compiling and the teaching reform fields,and have made a lot of marked achievements.
