摘 要:为了解决某型号内燃叉车在发动机转速为2650r/min工况下车架振动剧烈、人体感觉不适的问题,对内燃叉车振动传递路径进行了测试与分析,发现车架振动偏大的主要原因是动力总成悬置隔振效果欠佳。利用多体动力学方法,在ADAMS中建立了内燃叉车刚柔耦合动力学模型,并通过测试对内燃叉车刚柔耦合动力学模型进行了验证。在内燃叉车刚柔耦合动力学模型与实车模型基本吻合的前提下,利用ADAMS试验设计优化方法,对内燃叉车动力总成悬置的刚度和阻尼进行匹配优化。优化结果表明,内燃叉车车架的加速度总有效值降低了18%,改善了车架的振动性能。In order to solve the problem about strong vibration of frame and obvious discomfort of human body while a internal combustion forklift truck at 2650r/min speed condition,the vibration transmission path of the internal combustion forklift is tested and analyzed.It is found that the main reason for the vibration of the frame is the poor vibration of the powertrain.A forklift rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model is built on ADAMS by means of multi-body dynamic method and the model is verified by measured data.Under the premise of the dynamic coupling model of internal combustion forklift is basically consistent with the actual vehicle model,the test design optimization method of ADAMS is used to match stiffness and damping of the forklift truck powertrain mount.The optimization results show that the total effective value of acceleration of the internal combustion forklift frame is reduced by 18% and the vibration performance of the frame is improved.
