摘　　要：临床实习是护生理论与实践相结合的重要环节,是培养护生实际工作能力并向专业化角色转换的重要环节.产科门诊见习与实习是产科临床教学的重要环节,是建立在产科门诊临床工作基础上的教学,但也是临床教学中的难点和重点.只有抓住门诊的特点,采取适当的教学方法,才能取得满意的教学效果.本文通过分析产科门诊临床特点,探讨护生在产科门诊见习与实习过程中存在的问题,并总结产科门诊教学方式新进展,从而满足新时期对护理教学工作的需要.Clinical practice was an important link where nurses could combine theory and practice and nursing students could be well trained for real work and professional roles. Probation and practice in obstetrics clinic were an important link in clinical teaching in obstetrics as well as teaching based on clinical work, but also a difficult and key issue in clinical teaching. Only by paying attention to the features of clinic and adopting proper methods could we achieve a satisfactory teaching effect. Hence, this paper, through analyzing the clinical features of obstetrics clinic, discussing the problems existing in nurses＇ probation and practice in obstetrics clinic and summarizing the new progress of teaching in obstetrics clinic so as to satisfy the needs for nursing teaching in the new age.
