摘　　要：现代医学的发展要求培养兼备临床综合知识和科学研究能力的高层次医学人才。然而,目前高等医学教育工作中,临床医学生的科研能力培养并未得到应有的重视。结合安徽医科大学实际,详细解析在基础医学阶段,对七年制医学生进行早期科研训练的有效途径和存在的问题。The development of modern medicine demands medical talents with both comprehensive clinical knowledge and scientific research ability. However, the cultivation of clinical students＇ scientific research ability has not been paid enough attention in the work of medical education. Based on the practice of Anhui Medical University, we analyzed the effective approaches to the early training of scientific research ability for seven-year medical program students and some problems existed now.
