高等学校继续教育市场化转型的推进路径探析

摘  要:高等学校继续教育市场化是一种运用市场机制进行有效调控,以实现继续教育高效、平衡发展的有效手段,是新时期高校继续教育转型的一个重要方向。高校继续教育向市场化方向转型是顺应当前社会经济发展的需要,更是新时期继续教育转型发展的必然选择。高校继续教育市场化转型的推进路径应从转变高校继续教育办学理念、建立市场化的高校继续教育管理体制、创新高校继续教育办学模式、完善继续教育市场化的相关法律法规等方面着手。The marketization of continuing education in colleges is an effective way to achieve the efficiency and balanced development of continuing education as well as an important direction of college continuing education reform in the new period, which uses market mechanism to realize effective regulation and control. The marketization of college continuing education is the need for adapting to current social and economic development and the inevitable choice for the development of continuing education in the new era. The advancing path of college continuing education market- oriented transformation could be set by following four aspects, updating the continue education ide- a, establishing the market-oriented management system of college continuing education; innovating the mode of continuing education in colleges and universities, improving the relevant laws and regu- lations of the marketization of college continuing education.
