摘 要:基于ICT的卢森堡大学网络信息化教育发展模式提升了卢森堡大学的信息化教育科研能力,推动了博洛尼亚进程的欧洲高等教育一体化发展。该文首先研究了基于ICT网络信息的国际化学分体系、信息化教学能力参数以及卢森堡大学多语种教学模式,分析了卢森堡大学在教学、科研和人才引进等方面的ICT网络信息发展理念,探讨了其研究型办学模式和校企合作的科研成果转化平台,提出了卢森堡大学推广ICT网络信息终身学习体系的国际化通行做法,最后提出了卢森堡大学发展模式对我国高校的ICT网络信息国际化发展的启示与借鉴。ICT-based network education development model in The University of Luxembourg promotes information education and scientific research ability and speeds up integration of European Higher Education in Bologna Process. The paper first discusses ICT- based international credit transfer system, exchange students training and multilingual teaching mode in University of Luxembourg. Then it analyzes ICT-based international educational ideal of among teaching, scientific research and talents introduction in University of Luxembourg. In addition it discusses its research platform in university running, elaborates the transformation model of scientific research achievements in online cooperation between university and enterprises. Further it states the common practice of international universities in promoting the concept of ICT-based lifelong learning and social service. At last it puts forward some enlightenments to ICT-based education model in Chinese universities on the basis of analysis and study on University of Luxembourg.
