基于网络互动平台的社区职业教育实践策略研究

摘　　要：由于网络互动平台具有共享性、交互性、开放性等特点,如果将其应用于社区职业教育中,则有利于打破时空的限制,实现交互式学习的目标。目前利用网络平台推进社区职业教育还存在诸多阻碍,要充分发挥网络互动平台的功能,需要采用体验式教学方法、大力推广合作探讨式教学模式、推进效果评价的多元化发展。社区职业教育网络互动平台建设,需要从企业人力需求查询系统、社区人力资源查询系统、数据分析与反馈系统等方面的建设入手。Because the network interactive platform has the characteristics of sharing, interactive, open and so on. If it is applied to the community vocational education, it is helpful to break the restriction of time and space, and to realize the goal of interactive learning. At present, the use of network platform to promote community occupation education still exist many obstacles. We should give full play to the function of network interaction platform, adopt the diversified development of experiential teaching methods, and vigor- ously promote the cooperation of teaching mode, promoting effect evaluation. The construction of community vocational education net- work interactive platform needs to start from the enterprise human resources query system, community human resources inquiry system, data analysis and feedback system, etc.
