基于冰山模型的听障大学生创业素质研究——以天津理工大学为例

摘　　要：身体素质、创业知识素质、创业能力素质和创业心理素质是大学生创业素质的构成的四大要素。文章结合冰山模型,对听障大学生对创业素质进行调查,使用SPSS软件对数据进行处理,研究发现听障大学生创业隐性素质的得分明显抵于创业显性素质。基于数据和理论的分析,从政府、社会、学校、家庭四个角度,对提升听障大学生创业素质提出对策和建议。The four elements of the quality of college Students＇ entrepreneurship are physical quality,entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial psychological quality. Based on the iceberg model, and hearing impaired students of entrepreneurship quality survey, the data was processed by SPSS software. The study found that entrepreneurial recessive quality of deaf college students scored significantly against the dominant entrepreneurial quality. Based on the analysis of data and theory, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of college students with disabilities from four angles of government, society, school and family.
