摘 要:需要是人的本性,人的最迫切的需要是激励人付诸行动的最主要的原因和动力。为此,坚持以人为本,阐释正确认识高职学生需要,对开展思政育人工作的重要意义,并从分析高职院校学生需要为切入点,研究探讨物质激励、精神激励、情感激励、项目激励、榜样激励和文化思政育人激励策略,以调动和激发学生的主动性、积极性和创造性,增强高职院校思政育人工作的针对性和实效性。Need is human nature. The main reason and impetus that motivate people to take action is the urgent need. This paper adheres to the people-oriented and interprets the significance of correctly understanding higher vocational students' needs to carry out ideological and political education work. Based on the analysis of higher vocational students' needs, this paper explores material incentive, spirit incentive, emotion incentive, project incentive, model incentive and cultural ideological incentive strategy in ideological education, in order to motivate and inspire students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, thus enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of higher vocational ideological and political education work.
