摘 要:目的通过自制专家审核的人文素质调查问卷对滕州市多家医院某年度医学实习医师进行调查,从而为客观反映医学实习医师的人文素质现状及制定相应的培养计划提供基础和依据。方法采用自制通过专家审核的医学实习医师人文医学调查问卷对滕州市多家医院某年度进行临床实习的402名医学实习医师进行调查,评价其自身的人文素养及对医学人文的认知水平。结果医学实习医师对人文素质重要性的认知度、对学习人文知识氛围的认识相对较好,且认知程度与性别、是否为独生子女、家庭中有无医疗行业从业人员等因素存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而与家庭背景、教育程度、从事专业因素无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);医学实习医师对个人、实习老师的人文素质良性评价占比分别为58.4%、48.1%;参与相关人文活动及具有人文爱好的医学实习医师占比低于24.1%;医学实习医师对人文常识的了解不容乐观,但是对医学伦理问题的认识相对较好。结论目前实习医师整体的人文素质还需亟待提高,而加强高等医学院校人文素质教育氛围的营造,逐步提高医学实习医师的人文素质具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。Objective To investigate the humanistic quality of medical interns through self-made questionnaires in a number of hospitals in Tengzhou, provide a proof to make a corresponding training plan and a objective situation of the humanistic quality in medical interns. Methods We made questionnaires which offered a series of questions to investigate the humanistic quality of medical interns. 402 medical interns in a number of hospitals in Tengzhou were investigated. Their humanistic quality and cognitive level of medical humanity were evaluated. Results The importance of medical humanity at work and the atmosphere of learning medical humanity in medical interns were good. The cognitive level was significantly associated with their gender, whether from one-child family or not, whether having family members as medical practitioners or not (P〈0.05), but the occupation, the education level of their parents, and their major had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Benign evaluation ratio of interns for humanistic quality of themselves and their teachers accounted for 58.4% and 48.1% respectively; medical interns participating in humanistic activities and having interests in medical humanity accounted for less than 24.1%. The knowledge of humanistic medicine in medical interns was not optimistic, but the understanding of medical ethic problems was relatively good. Conclusion At present, humanistic quality of medical interns is badly in need of being improved. It is very important to strengthen the construction of humanistic quality education in medical schools, which is significant for medical practition now as well as in the future.
