从译学词典看中西译学差异

摘　　要：国内外都编纂出版了一定数量的译学词典,对推动翻译学发展起到了重要作用。但中西译学词典在词条收录原则、编写体例和释义方式等方面存在着明显差异,这些差异反映出我国译学词典无法区分基本译学概念、无法反映译学原貌、不注重译学知识系统性等不足。出现这些不足,根本原因是我国译界尚缺乏足够的理论意识、前沿意识和跨学科意识。未来宜从这些方面入手,对词典编纂的指导原则和编写方式进行修订,以期早日编写出真正意义上的译学词典。A number of translation studies dictionaries have been published in both China and the West, promoting and being evidence of the growth of translation studies. However, such dictionaries compiled by Chinese scholars are very different from their western counterparts in such aspects as entry inclusion principles, compiling styles and ways of interpretation, which shows their deficiency in differentiating basic concepts and representing the whole structure of the discipline, as well as their negligence of the importance of the systemic nature of translation studies. The reason for this is that translation studies scholars in China are on the whole not sensitive enough to translation theories, new findings in academic studies and interdisciplinary studies. It is recommended that the current guidelines and compiling styles be modified accordingly, so that a dictionary of translation studies in the real sense could come into being in China as soon as possible.
