Qualitative research on the psychological experience of head nurses' work family conflict

摘  要:本研究运用现象学研究方法,与12名护士长进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Colaizzi7步分析法进行主题的分析和提炼,结果显示,护士长工作家庭冲突的心理体验提炼出的三个主题词及九个亚主题词为:冲突感知(工作繁忙、动态变化、大局意识),平衡方式(家庭支持、提高效率、权衡利弊),增益方式(积极认知、划清边界、彼此协调)。针对护士长的工作家庭冲突,可以通过优化管理方式,降低冲突感知;采取可行建议,有效平衡冲突;实施缓解策略,完成自我实现。In this study, a phenomenological approach was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 12 head nurses, and Colaizzi7 analysis method was used to analyze and refine the theme. The results showed that the mental experience of the head nurses^work family conflict was abstracted into three key words and nine sub-top-ic words: conflict perception(busy work, dynamic change and overall awareness) ,the balance method(family sup-port, improving efficiency and weighing the advantages and disadvantages) , Gain mode( Positive cognition, draw-ing boundaries, coordinate each other) . For the head nurses^work family conflict, we can optimize the management mode, reduce the conflict perception, adopt feasible suggestions, balance the conflict effectively, implement the mitigation strategy, and realize the self realization.
