摘 要:[目的]分析当前我国医护人员挑战性-障碍性压力的现状和影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、挑战性-障碍性压力源问卷、情绪衰竭量表、工作满意度量表和A型人格问卷对362名医护人员进行调查。[结果]男性和工作年限较长的医护人员受到的挑战性压力和障碍性压力较大,年龄大和已婚的医护人员受到的挑战性压力较大;两种压力对医护人员的情绪衰竭均有正向作用。[结论]医护人员的挑战性-障碍性压力受性别、工作年限等因素的影响,且挑战性-障碍性压力水平可影响其情绪衰竭状况和工作满意度。Objective: To probe into the status quo of challenging-hindrance stressor of medical staff and its influencing factors.Methods: A total of 362 medical staff were reviewed by general information questionnaire,the source of challenging-hindrance stressor questionnaire,emotional exhaustion scale,job satisfaction scale and type A personality questionnaire.Results: The challenging stressor and hindrance stressor of male orlonger-working medical staff were larger,challenging stress of older or married staff was larger; Two kinds of stressor had positive effect on the medical staff's emotional exhaustion.Conclusions: Challenging-hindrance stressor of medical staff was affected by gender,working years and other factors,and the level of challenging-hindrance stressor could affect their emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction.
