社区医院组织氛围对护士专业价值观的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨社区医院组织氛围对护士专业价值观的影响。[方法]采用便利抽样方法抽取上海市闵行区4家社区医院护士178名,采用一般资料调查问卷、护士专业价值观量表和护士组织气氛感知量表进行调查。[结果]社区护士专业价值观总均分为(87.22±20.48)分,医院组织氛围总均分为(96.71±19.11)分;社区护士一般资料中的年龄、职称、婚姻状况、学历、工作年限对社区护士的专业价值观有影响(P<0.05);组织氛围各维度与专业价值观呈正相关(P<0.05);经多元分层回归分析显示:职称、学历、团队行为、管理支持对社区护士专业价值观有预测作用(P<0.05)。[结论]社区护理管理者应重视团队协作,注重人文关怀,合理分配人员,帮助护士建立正确、积极的护理专业信念和价值取向。Objective： To explore the influence of organizational climate in community hospital on nurses＇ professional values.Methods： A total of 178 nurses from 3 community hospitals in Shanghai Minhang district were selected by convenience sampling method,and were surveyed by means of general data questionnaire,nurses＇ professional values scale and nurses＇ organizational climate perception scale.Results： The total values of community nurses＇ professional values were（ 87.22±20.48）.The total score of hospital organizational climate was（ 96.71±19.11）.The age,professional title,marital status,educational background and working years of community nurses had influence on the professional values of community nurses（ P 0. 05）. The dimensions of organizational climate were positively related to professional values（ P 0.05）. Multivariate hierarchical regression analysis showed that age,educational background,team behavior and management support predicted the professional values of community nurses（ P0.05）.Conclusions： Community nursing managers should pay attention to team work,humanistic care,assign personnel reasonably,and help nurses establish nursing professional beliefs and correct and positive values.
