交际翻译下哈尼菜名的日译策略研究

摘　　要：2013年红河哈尼梯田列入联合国教科文组织世界遗产名录后,哈尼餐饮业也面临着走向世界的机遇和挑战。哈尼族菜肴丰富多彩,尤以十月长街宴最为著名,前来的海内外游客络绎不绝。翻译哈尼族各种美味菜肴,亦成了宣传哈尼族文化的名片之一。如何实现交际翻译的目的,向游客提供明了易懂的菜肴信息,并诱发消费者的品尝或消费欲望,促进红河哈尼梯田旅游业发展,成了较为紧迫的任务。After 2013, Yunnan Hani terraces were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the Hani restaurant industry was also faced with opportunities and challenges to the world. Hani cuisine is rich and colorful, especially on the most famous＂ Long Street Banquet＂of October, the tourists at home and abroad come to flocked. Translation about Hani variety of delicious dishes, has also become one of the propaganda Hani culture card. How to achieve the purpose of communicative translation, to provide visitors with a clear and easy way to understand information about the food, and to impress consumers to induce their taste of desire, to promote the development of Hani terraced tourism.
