高职生职业素养之创新力研究——以艺术设计类专业“灰领”人才培养模式为例

摘　　要：创新驱动发展是中国面向未来的一项重大战略,其根本是创新人才的培养。审视中国现行的高等职业教育,普遍存在唯技能薄创新意识能力的人才培养趋向。研究将职业素养暨创新能力作为主诉,以艺术设计类专业人才培养模式为例,围绕"灰领"人才所涉及的职业核心素养——创新意识,展开思路。The strategy that creativity drives development is quite important in Chinese future, for the sake of training the creative talents. There is a training talents trend focusing too much on skills but lacking of creative consciousness in Chinese existing higher vocational education. Through professional talents training mode in art design major, this article will mainly elaborate professional quality and creativity ability, and concentrate on creativity consciousness of grey-collar workers.
