当代大学生文化价值观冲突的调适

摘　　要：在多元文化并存、价值冲突彰显的全球化时代,当代大学生文化价值观冲突问题日益凸显,成为高校思想政治教育亟待解决的问题。大学生文化价值观冲突的调适,必须明确调适目标和原则,采取正确而有效的路径与方法。要确立社会主义核心价值观的主导地位,培养大学生的文化自觉与民族认同感,提升大学生对多元文化价值观的鉴别力。要坚持主导价值观的方向性引领、多样性与统一性相结合、教育疏导与自我教育相结合的原则。要坚持以思政课为主阵地,优化校园文化环境,加强网络文化建设,开展社会实践活动,以此引导教育大学生树立正确的文化价值观。In the era of globalization which characterizes multicultural coexistence and growing value conflicts,the growing conflicts of cultural values among contemporary college students become an urgent problem in higher educational institutions＇ideological and political education.To adjust college students＇cultural values conflicts,adjustment targets and principles must be clear and correct and effective methods must be taken.In order to establish the dominant position of socialist core values,students＇cultural consciousness and the sense of national identity must be cultivated and college students＇ability of identifying multicultural values must be improved.Principles that feature the leading position of dominant values,combination of diversity and unity as well as the combination of educational guidance and self-education must be insisted.By putting ideological and political classes at the main position,optimizing the environment of campus culture,strengthening the construction of network culture as well as carrying out social practice activities,college students can be guided to set up the correct cultural values.
