摘　　要：从德国高职电气类人才职业技能与职业精神的培养、职业精神与职业技能的有机融合几个方面,探讨高职教育电气类毕业生的职业技能与职业精神的培养,研究如何提升我国高职院校电气类毕业生就业市场的稳定性。This paper intend to discuss the cultivation of vocational skills and spirits of electrical graduates in higher vocational education from the following two aspects ： the cultivation of vocational skills and spirits of German vocational college electrical graduates, and the integration of vocational skills and spirits. And then explores a method of improving the stability of employment market for higher vocational college graduates who major in electrical engineering in China.
